Cost? Partly free so it’s worth downloading even if you don’t want to invest too much time or money. After that $14.99 p/month & $69.99 p/year.
What is it? Guided meditations - mostly free. Also featuring talks with great teachers like one of our favourites Elizabeth Gilbert. The app has a huge amount of information on it but don’t let that put you off - hit ‘learning to meditate’ to start right where you’re at.
Cost? Plenty of free content. Free trial, then $59.99 p/year.
